Assemblage restaurant popped up onto the scene near Spitalfields Market last year, inspired by the art movement ideology around “the state of being assembled”.
Re-fuze led the re-fit of the restaurant using reclaimed materials for the walls, dividers and counter areas. We also managed install of the flooring, paintwork and plumbing.
